Flying Up

I must apologise for not posting as oftern as I have started. I have been busy working on getting a new job and working on a database for my dad's business.

I haven't picked up any stitching in the last week! I have been neglecting my stash! (How that could be taken in more than one way! lol)

Tonight it was "Fly Up" or the Advancement ceremony for the girls in all branches of guiding (that have completed either their program or going into the next age group) to move to the next branch of guiding. All my Sparks (5-6 yr olds) except for one went up to Brownies.

I was also presented with an award! I received the New Leader Appreciation Pin/Award. It a 10K gold pin with the trefoil and four stars on it. I will post a picture of my guiding pins when I get my pin sache.

I am exhausted from tonight's events. I will post more later...perhaps start a guiding blog tomorrow too.
